Calling Solutions is looking for top talent to join our growing company as a Customer Sales and Service/Political Call Center Representative.

As a Customer Sales and Service/Call Center Representative, you will use your customer service skills and positive attitude for inbound and outbound calls. Your communication and computer skills will help raise funds for political leaders and spread the word about conservative causes that affect our lives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting both inbound and outbound customer service calls; percentage varies depending on client needs and call volume
  • Using state of the art technology to complete data entry and clerical functions in multiple Windows applications.
  • Using our specialized online Scripting and call flow information to help build rapport and develop strong customer relationships to provide top level customer service
  • Achieving new learning, quality, and career heights with help from our dedicated training and mentoring team members

 

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills are required, including web navigation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong people skills; friendly, listens well, articulate, self-assured, and professional
  • Willing to make a sales pitch on any qualified call
  • Patient, empathetic, team oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable, motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  • Has the ability to work a specified flexible work schedule including working one weekend day
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is desirable, Some college preferred
  • Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously in a stressful environment
  • Adaptable to changing situations
