Targeted Jobs Tax Credit program for which it used an internal call center as an integral part of it operation. In 1985, Calling Solutions started offering inbound telemarketing outsourcing services
under the name, Phone Power. In addition, Calling Solutions signed American Express as its first client. Within a year it had several Fortune 500 clients including USAA, US Army, US Air Force
and Mexico’s Tourism Board. In 1996, it expanded its services to offer outbound customer-contact services working with Nynex as its first client. Over the last decade, CSI has specialized in working
